Welcome. Life can be tough – and our relationships can feel the strain. Sometimes it's our relationships themselves that cause the problems.

I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist experienced in offering counselling and psychotherapy to couples and individuals of all sexualities, who want to explore relationship concerns in a confidential, non-judgemental space. Based in London, I work online with people who live both in the UK and internationally. I also see people in person at my consulting room in East Finchley, N2.

I trained at Tavistock Relationships, a world-renowned institution which has been a specialist in relationship therapy since its inception in 1948. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters (Distinction) in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Tavistock Relationships. As well as these qualifications, I am trained to deliver Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), especially for parents in crisis.
Having worked for many years as a senior visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships, within the counselling service, the Parenting under Pressure programme, and the Separation and Divorce service, I now see couples and individuals exclusively in my private practice. I continue to work at TR as a tutor on the psychodynamic training.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP (Accred)) and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and professional standards. I hold a full DBS check.
